Would anyone know if its possible and how alloy frame pistol ar deactivated to meet canadian deactivation standards ?

Since slides are made of steel and frame of alloy, its impossible to weld them together so I am curious how that can be done.

The "standards" are simply the RCMP's suggestions... I am sure if you weld up the frame so it is useless, and then drill out the back of the slide through to the chamber, place a steel rod bore diameter through the muzzle and out the back of the slide - deep weld that rod at the muzzle and at the rear of the slide ... the RCMP will most likely approve the deactivation...

It will be such a nice piece to own when you are done.

Side question. I cannot find Deactivation Standards anymore. If my memory is correct, for revolvers all is needed is to have one steel rod to be placed through barrel and cylinder and then welded in the barrel, at the breach and to the frame. Is it still correct?

there is no such thing as standards, as Deactivation is not covered by the criminal code . your guess is as good as anybody else’s . until it shows up at a crime scene.

In theory the frame is the register able part of the pistol. In theory if one were to permanently weld within the frame destroying it's ability to cause a firing pin to be hit or for a firing pin to be released and as long as this welding was so complex that it would require extensive machining to restore it, one could say it is no longer a firearm. If the barrel length is prohib length, the bore will have to be plugged with a rod, welded at the muzzle and the chamber or the barrel turned into the police. The slide requires no alteration, it is simply a non restricted part. The magazine - well that depends on the capacity.

The trick in all of this is getting the RCMP to certify that fact and to remove it from the registry.

I do not know how old this is but, it carries some info you might find helpful.
I have been searching for info on deactivated firearms for a week now.
