Poor customer service:

1. I tried to purchase ammo on Wednesday, S&B 9mm 124gr x 1000 rounds and Aguila .566 62gr x 1000.

2. The website wouldn't process AMEX after going through the entire checkout process. I attempted to call in the order on Wednesday, for pickup this weekend. I was told "Don't worry we have tons it stock it will be available on Sunday."

3. Call Sunday "Sorry we are sold out"

Fail at every level, from e-comm to customer service.
