Looks like the Government is supposed to
be buying the prohibited gun parts from the dealer's
Does this mean they will buy the parts rtf from
gun owner's?????????

Certainly sets a precedent. Shame about those canoeing accidents though, lucky all those accessories didn't go down with the firearms.
