Dealer direct pricing on S&J AR 500 body armor

Plates arrived today! They look great and my experience with SJ Hardware has been stellar so far and I will definitely do business with again!

Only negative, box was pretty beat up and the packaging left a little to be desired (just newspaper) but plates seem all good and I like how they were individually sealed in plastic.

Just to confirm, I don't have to be concerned about the plates being dropped or damaged in shipping like I would with ceramic plates, correct?
 
I just wanted to add as well, my plates were delivered yesterday. Thank you S and J for the pleasant experience. I like how you took the time to show a "marked up" receipt with pen showing my cost break down.

Unlike Donster 125, my package was in what appeared to be perfect condition. For a damn heavy box, I was impressed. I like that the plates were individually wrapped in plastic as well.

I will certainly look to S and J Hardware in the future for other industry related products and services. Thanks guys.

sorry to here the box got beat up, them postys...
no they are "drop proof"
you could drop them from the roof of your house onto the side walk with no issue, other then you would likely owe the city a repair job on the sidewalk :)

Thank you very much! I look forward to the 6x6 plates coming in! Will they be curved?

Edit: forgot to add, these are ridiculous heavy. Not for the faint of heart, but they scream quality.

Are 11x14 a possibility in the future? I'd love to get a set of these 10x12 plates but I'm a big guy and I want to get the appropriate size.

The plates are really nice and look like a really well made, quality product. I also like that they were individually wrapped with their certificate.

Now it's plate carrier shopping time. I guess that once in the carrier, it will feel lighter.

Honestly... Probably not. I threw them in my carrier and was astounded by the weight and I exercise by doing pullups with 25lbs strapped to me!

Definitely a quality product and definitely worth the fantastic price we picked them up at. I think it just takes some getting used to.
 
Yep. Heavy f0r sure, the L111. Feel much lighter.
Like we say these are great f0r grab and g0. If u were wearing them allday every day.. That would suck.

We may d0 L3 11x 14. Its all about the numbers.
