Decoy Paint

So I picked up a dozen used foam goose floaters the other day and will be repainting them this year for next season. What is the best paint to use to repaint the foam decoys or what can I do to make the paint last? Will be removing as much old paint as possible to re do them. Thanks.

I use Rustoleum flat white/black, Kylon camo type in brown, black and kakki and Krylon plastic type grey primer.
