Decoys, calls... Pipes? The Big Five up in smoke.

Impressive work Angus, you've got some talent there ;)
Been years since I've done any real carving. In my 20's it was a big hobby of mine. I mainly used soapstone from Brazil. One of my favorite projects was an ##### themed chess set. Took about 8 months but sold for over 2K.

Hey, looks nice Ardent. I've carved a few myself over the years, although nowhere near as elaborate as your. I've got a whole box load of Pipes and Tobbacco magazine...if you'd like them to look through give me an address and I'll get them too the bus....

Thanks Jon, I appreciate that and better not as the wife is already trying to hang me over my collections of good stuff. We were just delving into the basement and I caught all sorts of wonderful stuff the wife wanted to axe. It's a losing battle.

Been smoking the cut ends of my cigars, and Erinmore flake. Proving an enjoyable small ritual, the pipe.

Looks great. Very personalized pipes are a wonderful thing. I'm not artistic, but having a pipe sure is a great way to relax. Dunhill Nightcap is my comfort zone.
