I am looking for a tool to remove doughnut in my neck.

I dont what to use a km mandrel because i am already geared with 21 century.

Any suggestion

Many years ago I ordered the appropriate sized Wilson neck reamer from Sinclair to remove the doughnut. It was used with a Wilson trimmer. You could probably use it by hand if you're careful enough to maintain alignment.

Are you neck turing after necking up and then fire forming to a new chamber? If so, cut into the shoulder just a little and that usually prevents the formation of the dreaded doughnut when fire forming. I'm assuming the bullets are seated deeply enough to make the doughnut an issue?

Been there done that with the K&m cutter ,,,it works but it's a royal pain,,

Here's a tip,,load a bullet that seats above the donut or have your chamber cut so it does,,a hell of a lot easier, and never worry about it again,

Spot on i think.

My step is:
-Neck down
-fireform (cow)
-neck turn

I need to neck turn after fireforming since otherwise i cant be sure where is the neck junction.

So the wilson inside neck reamer would be a nice solution. Just need the correct dimension
