Deer Co Cain

Anyone use any of those attractants??? My buddy dropped off a bag of Deer co Cain Black Magic at my place today. After reading all the info on the bag, seems I will have a bunch of crazy deer running around lol. this stuff is supposed to make em crazy.
Anyone have any luck with something like this???

I've heard alot talk about this stuff, but it didn't work at all for me. I put some under my treestand and the deer walked right over it (numerous times) and didn't even touch it. I still have some left and i'll give it another shot this year, but so far i personally would not recomend it. So if you already have some you may as well try it, it may just work.

Like a lot of other stuff, if the local deer don't know what it is, they are likely to ignore it.
Example, years ago, we put out a bunch of apples, in a fairly good deer area. They never touched them. No apple trees about.
Again, a few years ago, we tried this with corn, out where the deer do not know what corn is it was ignored.

LOL your deer must be fussy. I have put out corn and apples in areas where none exist and they loved it.

I think they will eventually eat it but those guys are right. I had some hunters bring up apple scented corn in bags one time and the deer didn't know what the hell this stuff was, how could they?? they did eventually eat it, but the oats and alfalfa was the favorite.
