Deformed Necks On Range Brass. Can It Be Reused?

Thanks for the feedback guys. Just never saw fired case necks that looked like that before. Was curious as to what would shape them that way was all. I had seen fluted chamber casings before but not this shape. I will be using these casings I got from Western for plinking rounds in my Howa minibolt.
