I took a jammed Defender in there once and he offered to just weld a bayonet onto it instead of bothering to fix it . Quite a funny guy if you don't mind longshore language which I don't. He was always super helpful with my wife and her archery stuff. Bought a lot of stuff there over the years, good prices. Don't try to negotiate!

I am thankful that at least there is a place locally where you can pick up components or peruse a used rifle rack. These business's are becoming few and far between and as shooters we need to continue to support them.

He put a big scratch on a newer rifle while replacing the rear sight for me, so I can vouch for what you're saying. I don't think his hands are as steady as they used to be. Most of you probably didn't get to meet his former business partner....Things improved when he left. An arrogant, unhappy nasty man.
