Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like a IMI box and I believe tz and IMI are related companies.

They look like standard 5.56 m855 penetrator (NOT ap) rounds. I couldn't tell you about any value but the rest is my best guess

M855 = US version of Belgian-designed SS109 semi-armour-piercing round. The green tip distinguishes it from the Vietnam-era M193 round. Canada uses the same (less green tip) as the C77.

TZZ on the other hand is, I think, Israeli, made in Tel Aviv. The cross-in-a-circle is the NATO standardization mark. '94' is almost certainly the date of manufacture.

Can you shot this in any 223 and Thanks for all of the info.

NO

5.56 has higher chamber pressures than .223. You may fire .223 rem out of most firearms chambered for 5.56 but not the other way around. Unless the manufacturer says it may shoot both (most mini 14s for example.) I would stick to .223.

You got it ATOM - right on the button.
