Those aren't part of anything identifiable. They look homemade for some purpose or another.
push button release sling loops. Looks like a cross stock option to allow you to tie in your rifle sling on either the right or left side of the stock. Looks like they were being set up for a specific stock. threaded ends for epoxy to anchor them in place?
