I think nomad 68 is being realistic. It is a cheapish remington bolt that was not worth a lot when new, not really collectable to most people. No way I'd pay 600 for one.

All you can do is list it and see where it goes but, they do tend to bring the most money in the other calibers it was chambered in.

Sure is. Even came with the rear sight. And was in original condition with no sling studs. Not that it mattered to me I put them in myself anyways

I've owned quite a few of them, still have a few. I like them. Back in the day we used to make scout rifles out of them as they fit most of the criteria. I built a lightweight sheep rifle in 284 Win on one too. I think 5-600 is fair. - dan

There's no logic behind it at all but I always liked the vent rib on these guns.

Great rifle. If you post for sale make mention of the trigger recall. Months back someone had one on the ee and would not address recall.
