Nice
Def looks better
How does it perform?

(The trick to stop the straw from being pushed all the way in is to stop touching it ;) )

I’m like a kid in a store - I have to touch everything. Lol
In truth I was always worried when switching powders that some might be trapped at the end of the straw.

I haven’t noticed any difference between this and the straw - only that I can remove it easier with my clumsy digits.

That looks awesome! Where did you get it?

Thanks. I machined it. All the ones I saw being sold were slip fit held in with glue, shrink tubing or tape - I threaded mine for easier installation and removal.

The real question is with every one using straws and it’s a known improvement - why doesn’t rcbs quit threading the inside? It’s cheaper to produce and makes the product more accurate.

I wondered the same thing and finally got a brass fitted one ..

Here is a cheap mod for the Dillon powder thrower. Requires a Loony and a dab of epoxy:

I bought a couple bushings (one for me and one for a buddy) from a guy off Ebay. Just last week I tested it out and it worked awesome.
No more overthrows. Loaded probably 60 rounds of ammo and all dispensed perfect.

I just used a bit of teflon tape to hold it in.
