It does... Rotate the lever to the down position (which slides the magazine up) then push in on the circular part of the lever (towards the magazine) and
pull down on the lever and the mag should come out. Remember that the mags were intended to stay with the rifle and are only removable for cleaning and
maintenance purposes.

Neat video, except that now I know my 30-30 converted dosn't have the cut-off clip or the right magazine.
I still have the correct rear sight though, which is one thing I could wish was wrong.:(
