Bullet Barn wont have hollow base wadcutters(all their bullets are cast)

Try Canadian BDX,they advertise a swaged HBWC which is locally made and sells for a good price.Good luck trying to contact them though.

Yes you can,Ive never seen any commercially for sale,and certainly not from the bullet barn.I dont think that it would be a viable proposition as it would be extremely slow to do commercially.
