Based on what I can see from the pics, I would say they are poorly cast .338 185 grain bullets. Probably the molds were not smoked and the lead did not fill the mold properly. Seems to be quite a few voids in the bullets. If I had cast them, I would have remelted them down and tried again. Typically when you cast bullets, you cast them oversize e.g .339 and then size and lube them before loading them up.
Did you have a purpose in mind for those bullets when you purchased them?
 
Not well done but my guess is that they are meant for Shuetzen shooting, breech seated, possibly for the 8.15 X 46R cartridge or some such. They are not meant for a newer cartridge or anything higher speed like say a .338 because they are plain base.
 
Looks like it may have been a lathe bored mod to a smaller bullet mold.

That's just a guess, looking at the odd little bump that shows at the base of the ogive.

Not recall seeing a similar bump in any images while looking around the reference material on the castpics site.
