Anyone have any experience with a
CIL Model 830 rifle in 222. This one is in good
shape overall but I don't know much
about them. Also what $ are they worth?

Cheaper, low cost 222 but they work alright!

I believe they were Savage model 340 branded with the CIL logo. Good rifles for a basic kicking around truck rifle. Usually suprisingly accurate. They won't win any beauty contests but very reliable.

Yup, butt ugly but they seem to shoot pretty good. Highly recommend the disguise, or hunt private land only.

I have one and Iam lookin for a Clip for it if you have a extra for sale .
I like the rifle fun to shoot and I have a loads of Brass for reloading

I paid 75 dollars for mine no clip with it

muckle,good luck tracking down a clip/mag for one.i have not been able to track one down for my savage 340 also in 222 rem.i have one more guy to check with.

I believe Numrich (e-gunparts) out of the U.S. is making replacement mags for the 340.
Check Brownell's website, they listed some as well.
