Depriming - Gotta Be Something Better Than By Hand...

When it comes to priming cases, I briefly used the system built into the Rockchucker but switched to a RCBS hand priming tool for better feel while seating and it is much faster than the press. However, virgin Lapua 300 PRC cases required an almost obscene amount of force to seat Federal LRMs to the point I was worried I would break something.
Uhhhhhhhh ............ thats excellent, but this discussion is about DE-priming cases. 🤷‍♂️

I use a Lee decapping die when shooting my schuetzen and BPCR guns, but for everything else I decap and size i the same operation, whether I am using a neck die and shoulder bump die or a full length die.
It never made sense for me to use a seperate decapping die , then size after.
If I am usin a vibratory tumbler , I size afterwords and clean the primer pockets at the same time I clean the necks of the brass on a case rep center.

I de-cap 9mm then clean, why? I've been using ginex primers which are a tad big. Trying to seat it in a pocket that looks
like the entrance to a cave can be a pain. And yes it does take more time. I built my own decapper, not as fancy as the video above
but it works.
