Just got my Derya Anakon AP 101 pump shotgun. Great service from Dlaskarms. Answer my phone call when I have questions and recall me as promised. If you have seen this gun on youtube, that might be the reason why you want to buy this one, looks cool and attractive, and that's the beginning of the story...

When I received the gun, I have to admit that I am quite disappointed, not because of the gun, but Derya the company!! It didn't come with an owner's manual! I quickly call Dlaskarms and they said yeah, no owner's manual!! I said "What?? No owner's manual!" The guy who received the call promise to call me back and they did. But, I figure it out myself (use common sense) and I successfully disassemble the gun.
Here is what you should do:
1. Unscrew and remove the muzzle break
2. Unscrew the forend cap
3. Take out the two screws from under the hand guard
4. Slide out the cosmetic piccatinny outfit from the gun, towards the muzzle direction, using the handle to help you
5. When you take out the plastic housing, you will see the inner parts
6. Unscrew the black cap holding the barrel in place
7. And basically you are done!
Of course you can take out the stock by just press this little button and the sliding stock will come out
And it looks so cool!! Remember, when you take the stock out, it's restricted firearm now!!
Okay, that's the way to disassemble the gun. Here are my first impression:
Pros:
1. Price is right, compare to similar product
2. The rear sight and front sight are fully adjustable, and you can even change to aperture or open site.. pretty fun to work with
3. All the parts looks very solid, except those polymer thing.. looks just plastic, very plastic
4. Trigger is heavy but smooth
5. Cycling is great
Cons:
1. No owner's manual??! How serious are they in making guns??
2. The one I got is different from the youtube, which has a button to keep the slide open. The one that I got has none, and the action is always close, unless you grasp it open. It will suffer the same inconvenience like the Dagger SAP6. Actually, they look quite similar (the stock, the action, the way the bolt locks in the barrel)
Other comments:
The action of this gun is...I don't know how to describe it. It seems like it's running on a semi-auto shotgun action without the gas piston, which means that you cycle it yourself, not by the burning gas or the power from the cartridge.
All in all, I like this gun and if it's accuracy is great, then it's a great buy. It's still cold outside and I don't think I can test it in one or two weeks. Hope to write a range report soon.
