Derya Lion X2 Marine 12 gauge

Anyone familiar with the Derya line of shotguns? Specifically the Lion X2? I believe they are Turkish built?

They're available at Dlask Arms right now for $399.00. Pretty impressive shotgun (looks wise) and a semi-auto, marine finish, 18.5 barrel with fibre optic front and ghost ring rear sights with an adjustable stock is a nice package. For the price it seems like a great buy!

Any pros or cons? Anyone own one that would like to chime in would be appreciated.

I wouldn't buy it im saving up for a mossberg 935 at least you can find parts for a mossberg. You can also get a couple more 2.5in in a 5rd pluged 3.5in tube

Im sorry if I dislike cheap semi auto shotguns im even felling bad for for cheaping out on a mossberg (want a versamax) but remember this is only my opinion take it with a grain of salt

Got one a couple months a go liked it , theX6. So when they put up their Marine coat one , got one too. I also ordered a replacement stock( pistol grip) the over folder just didn't do it for me! It wobbled and felt like a air soft one ( cheap). All in all couldn't be happier great shot gun for the price.

The fact that Dlask sells them is encouraging, and I'm sure they can address any issues that might arise with these guns. I was surprised that Weatherby's semi-auto shotgun was also manufactured in Turkey, so perhaps Turkey is the new Czechoslovakia when we're talking about affordably priced, quality guns. My concerns though would be directed more towards the compatibility these guns have to aftermarket add on's, such as magazine extensions, choke tubes, sidesaddles, forends, light and/or laser attachments.

Sorry for digging this thread back up. I was just browsing Dlask' s site and found this. I was contemplating a Hatsan, but this is really tempting. Primary use will be "group therapy". I presume this has a fixed choke?
