Trying to find out if this is on the OIC list
Im thinking of selling but can’t find if it’s banned or not and don’t want to list if it is.
Mods not trying to list here for a sale just want to know
If not allowed then delete

I ain’t no expert but I would think not because they banned firearms and variants of firearms so I would think this falls under the variant of a 12g derya which is banned . Easiest way to tell imo is to search a for sale by a store in Canada , if a store is selling them they are likely legal

Or dealers could just be out of stock

Ok the only thing I found was this

It only lists this one so I guess the MK 20 is not on the list

Its not on there unless it goes by a different name, the 12ga version is banned so one would assume the 20ga is as well but its not specifically named or shown as banned. just more liberal stupidity showing they are brain damaged clown loads
