With enhanced springs and pistons, aluminum upper and lower receivers, and collapsible buttstock with adjustable cheek riser, this is a 12ga with all the attitude of the first generation but the rough edges smoothed over!

These are now available in store and on the website for $1049.95+ applicable taxes.

Does anyone know the difference between the Gen 1 and the Gen 2 ?
Are there certain characteristics / design differences that make the Gen 2 have a $400 or $500 difference in price? Have seen Gen 1 selling for $599 and Gen 2 for $1100 range

Is this just a "newer is better" or is there some new fundamental differences??

Gen 1's were polymer lowers were they not?

Good afternoon,

I know that the guide rods were polymer on the Gen 1. These have been replaced with metal ones in the Gen 2s, and the springs have been changed as well. There are some more changes, which I can't recall off the top of my head.

It is supposed to be more accommodating of light loads than the Gen 1 was.
