Curious if anyone has tried the Derya TM-22 charging handles from the guy selling them on Gun Post. If so what's your impression?

They look really nice and well made, but from the pictures it appears that they ride awfully close to the side of the receiver which makes me apprehensive about grabbing one.

Thanks

If the handle was flopping around on there I would agree, but it is on there solid so I don't see it happening.
solid on a bolt? lol. i dont think there is such a thing.

in any case, its only $35 , just buy another one.

That's what locktite is for. Use it on the charging handle have about 1500 rounds through the gun and has yet to come loose.
if you say so but thats not what loctite is for. if you havta use loctite on a charging handle it tell ya that there is something wrong with the design.

The DLASK design recommends LOCTITE on their product as well.

From DLASK website.

You will need to re-use the screw that secures the factory charging handle with a small dab of BLUE Loctite. Torque 23-26 in/lbs and let the Loctite set up before use.

That's alot of torque on a small fastener.

honestly, i dont use loctite on something i need to remove, let alone on something like this that will be quite frequent. let me know how easy it is say after 3x.
