I've had a couple of inquiries about the "shopping cart". If you put the gun in your cart it will not hold the item for you. If someone else puts it in their cart and pays for it - the item will still be showing up in your cart but when you go to pay for it it won't be there.
Hopefully this explains the conundrum.

On a reverse auction you put the item in your cart when the price is right for you. But - if you wait too long the item will be purchased by another consumer.
