I recently purchased a new muzzle brake with adapter Area 419 Hellfire for my SRSA2 barrel from Desert Tech.
After reviewing online the specs said that the barrel is 5/8-24 thread, which is the adapter I purchased.
When the muzzle brake and adapter came in the adapter would not screw on the gun. Tried it several times and with someone else trying it (no threads damaged on either barrel or adapter and didn't work)
Not sure but I saw online that previously they were threaded for 3/4x24.
Found a way to review with a vernier caliper and it is 3/4x24.
