I don't believe there to be any DT distributor at this time in Canada rather if I'm not mistaken local gun shops are dealing Direct. Try the likes of PGT or CSC

Ellwood epps has a bunch of desert tech stuff; I see 30 cal brakes but no 338's. Could be worth an inquiry (although I'm assuming its further from you than Calgary Shooting Center).
