I read this article on gun blog. At first I thought it would be a good thing. Old AKs (there are so many) get recycled and new AKs will be made.
...
Then I took a closer look at the picture and realized to my horror that on the very top of that crate of parts was a shiny SKS bolt...
FML! '4 million older model guns' is a euphemism for milsurp!!!
I even see a bolt body for a Mosin Nagant in there. *squeal of horror*
I polished and baby talked my hex Mosin whilst rocking back and forth for a good 15 minutes before I realized that the Russian wolves couldn't get at me in Canada.
What do you think of this? The old die out to make way of the new is normal. But my cosomoline coated milsurp heart cried foul at the thought of this.
