Detachable rings ???

Weaver base
10-40x 50mm

Who has detachable rings and has good advice? lol (Either what you have, or steering me away from getting them) Newly acquired new/used scope is yet to be zeroed. I just mounted it and dry zeroed. Atm its Tasco due to the budget....if you have anything Schmidt & Bender, or Leupold for free I will gladly take it... (long shot I know.... lol)

A good pair of quality quick detach rings are going to cost you 200-300 bucks. Not worth it unless you have a quality scope and have a real need to take your scope on and off. With quality scope and rings you are still not garauntees it will always return to bang on zero.

Makes sense. Im slightly newish to the bolt action game, Ive been around the C7 and C8 family for about 10 years (work related) but thats about it.

So thats a no go on a free Leupold scope from you eh? lol
