Details about rifles

Hi,

I've never bought a used rifle, let alone a milsurp rifle before, so excuse me if these questions are stupid...

What kind of condition are the bores in on these rifles? When it say arsenal refurbished, does that mean the entire barrel was re-cut/crowned, etc.?

I saw the scope mount (item MNGS for ~$15-20). Is the rifle already drilled and tapped for that or does a gunsmith need to install it? Do I need a bent bolt model to mount a scope?

Instead of choosing one from the pictures, can I just ask you to pick whichever rifle is in the best condition for the price I want to spend?
