Hi all! Stay tuned for all the info, but in the meatime mark your calenders! August 25th and 26th are officially booked for this years match! So far plans are only to hold one again this year. Don't miss it, it'll be another gooder!

Is it going to be gooder or the bestest ever? I hope to make it this year,heard really gooder things last year from some friends of mine that attended. :)
 
Why have it the same weekend as a local IPSC match?

I don't see anything going on in MT that weekend other than a Glick only match in Missoula - pistol wise that is.

It's not the same weekend at the IPSC match... the closest IPSC match is in Spruce grove the weekend after.
 
Garand is an avid Cowboy Action Shooter as well. So he is probably talking about a Cowboy State Championship Match.

Not sure if I can make the match but I hear they are always a gooder.

Considering making the trip from Saskatoon with another shooter or two, but need details before we commit. Fees? Round counts? Start times? Anticipated finish time? Camping accomodations? How many shooters do you expect?

Have it penciled on my calendar...

Everything is still very up in the air at the moment. Sadly I can't answer most of your questions.

Fees: TBA
Round Count: TBA based on previous years 200 pistol 200 rifle and 200 shotgun *should* be enough for each day, but it could end up being very different from that.
Start time: TBA based on previous years 8-9 am? that may very
Finish time: TBA based on previous years 5-6 on Sat and 6-8 on sun(teardown sunday). It may vary
Camping: there is no camping at the range itself sorry.
Expected turnout: Unknown until the day of the match. 60-100 based on previous years.

Sorry that I have no real answers yet. But as soon as I have the hard facts I'll post them.
 
Ok everyone here's the scoop:

Our origional MD had to bow out for personal reasons. Unfortunately this left us with 3 options.

1. Cancel the match outright

2. Do a rush job on the match and not have it be up to the same standard that lethbridge is know for.

3. Postpone the match and make it as great or better than previouse years.

Obviousely we have chosen number 3.

New dates: August 25th & 26th

Round count, match fees etc will be posted in the next week to 10 days.

Sorry guys, but Lethbridge is know for putting on a superb match and we all felt that we could not do so in the time we had.
