Dewat P08 Luger in Canada, do they exist?

Buy a Luger. Have it sent to a gunsmith approved for doing deactivations. Pay for it to be ruined, turned into a one piece lump. Go to church and repent.
A lesser sin is to have a restricted length barrel installed, and have the original barrel destroyed.

Thanks. It's for a friend with more money than firearms knowledge. He has his mind set on one with all the appropriate WWII markings. I tried to explain the situation concerning prohibs, milsurp, history and dewats but he wants what he wants. I'm trying to steer him away from buying a functioning piece and dewatting it. Thanks again for the lead.
