DEWC data for 38/357

Been hunting around for data on cast DEWC 148 gr and really didn't find much in any of my books or on the web. Anyone got ideas where this data is for 38 and/or 357?
I have HP38 and Bullseye on hand so I am interested in startng with one of them. I want some nice light loads for target practice.

most 148 gr wc (lead) respond best with the old standbye of 2.7 grains of bullseye or around 3.0 of 231/hp-38.
both these loads are very mild target loadings and are very accurate in most all revolvers. if you have a target auto like a smith 52 you may have to bump up a few tenths to get reliable functioning.
