Did anyone buy the new SVT scope base from Frontier yet?

The way I am looking at the picture, there is nothing that could prevent the base from sliding back and forth in the slots, but the picture on their site is not all too clear. Does this sound like a reliable base for the gun?

I'm curious too, most certainly who makes them. The maker may perhaps tells us more about the holding system. It looks somewhat similar to the b-square mount.
