To whom it may concern,

I have ordered pre sale for zombie ammo. Waitted like everyone else. got an email saying it was in please pay the EMT. So i did. it has been 3 weeks, 3 emails, and 2 phone calls. and no reply.

What gives?

Everything I have bought from you guys have been so fast and smooth.

I know its not very much money, but you could return an email or two.

Please respond my order number. #4692.

Please reply, send money back or something........

Very politely written. I made a similar thread awhile back. It was conveniently deleted. Soon the 'You must be evil because the dealers are perfect' people will descend. Be strong and good luck.
 
Did you leave a vm msg as I haven't listened to any about that. We are currently processing zombie orders, there are two skids of it and most orders are only a few boxes so it makes for alot of boxing.

It wasn't deleted in my forum. The OP had a qn and it was answered. I've only deleted a couple threads in here. One was some wierd spam and the other was someone posting personal information about their order.

I wish more dealers acted this way. Instead of going on the defensive, you are trying to solve the problem. We all know no one is perfect.

Ask politely, and thou shall receive. Ryan from SFRC is extremely accomodating, in regards to his customers. I hope the TS' issue is resolved both peacefully and respectively.

Not much experience with too many of the other dealers here, myself- but well said Light Infantry. No one is perfect, and therefore perfection should not be expected; although striving for perfection is admired.
 
I should add that although some dealers go on the defensive and that in itself is bad enough, there are a number who go on the offensive. It really shows their true colours.

No mate, I did not mean to implicate you. It was another dealer's forum. Mistakes happen, it's how they are dealt with that counts. So far, you've made a positive impression. I will be needing some factory ammunition in the near future. I will keep you in mind. :)
