Differance in Federal primers ?

Does anybody know the differance between Federal small pistol primers and Federal small pistol Match primers ????

Hahaha!

Seriously though, match primers supposedly offer more consistent and reliable ignition. I can understand benchrest rifle shooters wanting to ensure the greatest possible consistency between cartridges, but pistol? Unless you're shooting in very demanding olympic-level competitions and want to give yourself a "psychological edge", you'll never tell the difference between match and regular pistol primers.

Don't waste your money.

For pistol I wouldn't even consider them. If you're trying to shoot a rifle into 5" at 1000 yards then you might want to consider them, but don't waste your money on them for pistol ammo.
