Difference between CZ SP-01 Shadow and SP-01 Custom Shop ?

I was just about to order a Shadow when I came across this:

CZ SP-01 Custom Shop

Comes from CZ USA, apparently the American version of the Shadow seen here:
http://www.czub.cz/index.php?p=32&idp=1&ids=3&idz=208&lang=en

Now, obviously the grips are different. But is that all ?

Does the Shadow come with the CZ Competition Hammer ?
Sights look similar/same though they the rears do look slightly different.
Triggers look different although I do not know if it is a cosmetic finish or functional difference ?
Rails are difference but I am sure that can be attributed to the year that the pic was taken as I understand they all have the same standard rail now.
The safety on the Shadow looks extended
Mag release looks the same/similar
Frame on the Shadow looks more undercut at rear of trigger guard

I am quite sure these are not the same gun. With the exception of the Competition Hammer, the Shadow looks to be superior (unless the pic is wrong and the Shadow does come with the Comp hammer ?)

the CZ SP-01 Custom Shop is a regular SP-01 worked over by Angus. The shadow is built by CZ at the factory.If you compete, the shadow is IPSC legal, the custom shop is not. I have never had a chance to try one, but I here the custom shop one comes with Angus's famous trigger job.

Another difference is the CZUB Shadow uses the same ambi safety as the 75B SA models while the Angus built version uses the regular ambi safeties that come with the SP01. I much prefer the safeties on the Shadow.

Looking at it, I think I would much prefer the safeties on the Shadow as well, given the wider pad to rest my thumb on (still stuck in 1911 mode *LOL*).

Is it even possible to get one of the Custom Shop SP-01's here in Canada without importing through Questar?
