How easy is it to tell apart USGI M14 versus Norinco versus poly trigger groups? I have one of all three guns and I can't tell there trigger groups apart. Did early Norinco and Poly guns ever come with USGI surplus trigger groups?

Not that I’m aware of.... AFAIK, no Chinese rifles ever had surplus GI trigger packs, from OEM, anyway...
If a Chinese trigger pack has a marking on the trigger pack, it will coincide with the serial number.
GI triggers are marked with a manufacturer mark and/or a cage code for the part. Same with the hammer etc.
