differences in rem 700 and 770 actions

Comparing the 770 to a 700, is like comparing a Cobalt, to a Corvette. They are both made by the same parent company, but that is where the similarity ends.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the 770 have pressed barrels. So I was told. So I think you can't rebarrel them
