Recently a memory has come up in my mind that I can't remember if it is true or something that I've made up. I remember seeing pictures of Colt Canada furniture, at least one of the photos I know for sure showed a light tan furniture set of hand guards, buttstock and pistol grip on a rifle. I think it was explained that they were spray painted or something to that effect to match that and they were a prototype set for Afghanistan but never adopted.
But what I am trying to find confirmation on, is a bluish grey set. It's likely its never existed, & I have seen people dye certain Magpul furniture every other color. But I don't know if there was ever a grey set of Colt Canada furniture. Or at least a butt stock and pistol grip. Outside of these two things, has anybody ever seen any cool or rare pieces of Colt Canada furniture or colouring?
