Different looking 1911's?

I really like the look of the 1911's that don't have anything below the grip, like this one:

Is there a term that describes that type of gun or magazine as opposed to this:

or this:

What you are seeing is the "bumper" on the bottom of the magazine. Some magazines are supplied with the bumpers unattached, some are integral to the mag baseplate.
