Difficulty accessing Equipment Exchange.

I am trying to access the Equipment Exchange and keep getting stalled at the frequently asked questions. I click on the subject headers and even though it says that there are posts and threads there the next page says that there are none. It has been mentioned that it may take a few days (5 or so) to process my request to gain access to the Equipment Exchange, but I haven't been able to make said request, that I know of. Any detailed help in this matter? Thank you.

At the top of the page there is "Forum Rules and Terms". Click on it. Click on the EE section. Read through the rules, then go through the application process.
