Please note before I start this that my 550 was purchased new from Dillon in app 1989.

I was having a little problem with the powder measure and took it off to have a look. In the middle of everything I dropped it on the cement floor shattering the plexi glass to about the half way point. To further complicate things I forgot about the white insert and it fell out on the way to the shop to cut the plexi glass so I could continue loading.

I called Dillon and said I had a problem. Their reply "No you don't have a problem!" I explained what happened, listed the parts and attempted to pay for my mistake. They would not accept any payment. The person on the phone said the parts will be in the mail by the end of the day. I received them today (app 5 days later).

Dillon it is. Do they sell kits? Where can I get one in Canada?

Thats great to hear, I was looking at different re-loaders but after that story I am sold on the Dillon now just because of the customer service

Dillon fan

I experienced a flooded basement in which my large Dillon tumbler was submerged for several days before I could rescue it. It was toast. I called Dillon to see about a replacement motor, they said send the whole thing back back they would send a new one, no charge! They did.

Man this is really good to knwo that they have good customer service. i just order the dillion 650 with absolutely no clue to reloading. i hearded poeple had their presses for like 25 plus years so i figured i might as weell get a good one and call it a day.
