I am wondering if this is common for others as well. The carbide(I think) insert is parting ways with the die. I have had two sizing dies separate in the last couple of weeks. They both have a 1000 or so rounds sized. I have one on it's way to Dillon for exchange or repair and it happened again to my 38spl/.357 die . At $8.00 shipping charges and a month or so to have them replaced buy Dillon it's a bit annoying. I have a 650 reloader and everything seemed okay and never had any brass stuck in any of these dies before.

Yeah, thats not good. I don't think the resizing ring is supposed to do that. I have never had dillon dies, but just about every other brand and have never seen that.

I would reseat them with some red loctite! Use the press & a piece of flat stock on the ram to gently press it home & hold it until it sets.
If the carbide ring sits inside the mouth of the die, an automotive socket of the same size on the flat stock would work for this too.... JMHO.
