I just switched from W231 to H110 and now the powder funnel leaks like crazy. Bad enough I cant prime. The leakage bothers the primer cup so much that the primers were more on the floor then the cases. It was not an issue with W231. I took the cup off the punch and cleaned both. Same problem.

18.2gr ....should I be going up a size powder bar or would the large not go under the 20gr ?

This is the first time I've tried H110 in the SDB. Up till now I've only used H110 in my UniFlow. But the other 357 dies are with a buddy that I won't see till fall.

I'm also running a Square Deal B and sometimes seeing it leak powder onto the turntable area. Is the powder measure the usual culprit for that? I could never quite identify where it was getting out.
 
There always has to be a tolerance in powder measures, whether they are slides or drums. Just to allow movement. Fine powder bypasses because of that tolerance. Its a compromise for speed, then another for convience and accuracy in powder size. Ball powder measures much better, stick powder cuts off kernels, binds, but doesnt leak.
