Well I've always heard Dillon had great service.

Today I called them with some questions on my 1050. Second ring it was answered by a real person, I almost forgot to say hi I was so stunned to get a real person that fast.

The gentleman who answered the phone was able to answer all my questions, and take my order for the bits and pieces I wanted, no transfers.

All in all a very pleasant experience. I was able to get all the information and parts ordered in less time then I spend on hold to get someone to answer the phone at the CFO's office.
 
Yeah, Mike Dillon obiviously doesn't believe in telephone menus we have become accustomed to. If everyone is busy, you do get a recording and put on hold. I remember when I first started buying Dillon stuff, the hold music was Wagner's "Die Valkyre."

Aside from one indivdual there (who shall remain nameless), the group at the Big Blue is at/near the top of my list.
