Dillon Square Deal Powder dispensing problem

I switched over to the small powder bar to load .32 S&W long and it dispenses powder almost at random...sometimes none ..sometimes 2.5 gr , sometimes 1.1 grains etc....all without my adjusting the bar.
What the heck is going on ? ( P.S. this bar worked fine a month ago when it was last on the machine).

I found the problem...a screw was loose...on the machine too.

Dillon Tech support is incredible, they would be the first place I would look for troubleshooting your press. Glad to see you figured it out on your own.

Dillon Tech support is currently unavailable. I've 'phoned 3 times a day for the last week and nothing but busy signals...not even getting through to the recorded message.
