Have had my Dillon 650 & 550 for ~10 years and gotten many parts under their warranty replacement program that included free shipping to Canada. Called in for some replacement parts today and they now charge for any international shipping on warranty parts. Had them ship it to my PO box in the US as domestic shipping is still free.

This have been the case for 1 year +.
Because of abuse, they also request pictures of broken or damaged part. This being said, they remain the best warranty in the business.

My Oct 2022 warranty parts order was send to Canada at no charge. That was just a couple of springs though, so a small envelope. On this order, it was a replacement for a cracked powder measure body. Didn't ask for a pic, but did say they are now charging for international shipping on all warranty parts

I had pics all ready to send, but he said it’s ok, he trusts me

If the website shipping seems high, fire them off an email. They adjusted shipping for me to be a little more reasonable.

My 550 is close to 20 years old.
Tens of thousands of rounds loaded. 9mm, .38spl., .357 and .223.
The only breakage... The spring under the primer bar. 'Replaced with an identical spring from my local Home Hardware store.
Oh... And I wore out that little plastic/nylon bushing that slides in the slot in the powder bar.
Dillon sent me two new ones.
