Hi all so i was loading away with my oldest & we had a primer detonation, my priming system is pooched, lucky for us no debris hit us at all as the low primer alarm is totally f——d & the assembly itself is seized, anyone been through this to know if the warranty will cover this or if i’m replacing it myself?

Phone in and I bet you have a "shipping confirmation" in your e-mail before coffee tomorrow morning.

More of a common occurrence than it should be (I'm assuming a 650 press). I have had 2 primers detonate in mine but only one primer at a time, I have never had a "stack" in the tube go off but have a couple of buddies that have...parts everywhere both times.

update-as i thought, & as those who replied stated, after a phone call new part is on the way, now if can post can get it here before june that’d be great but i have no faith in them from past experience lol

My large Dillon tumbler was wrecked in a flooded basement, motor was toast. I called Dillon they said send it back they would replace it, no charge. I did and they did, still using it 25 years later. Best warranty in the business!

Dillon doesn't even verify if you have a press or anything haha. The few times I have broken something they just ask for my name and address and replacements were sent.

They replaced my CV2000 motor free for the cost of shipping last year. It needed a bunch of parts to update it to CV2001 new style motor.

Motor on CV2000 was warranty at the time of purchase, but the CV2001 after are not. This is the large tumbler.
But they did honour the warranty - thats a 25 + years old tumbler !!! Amazing.

I bought a Dillon Square Deal B to load 9mm , from an ad here on CGN . Good deal actually. Turns out it was part of an estate sale and probably hadn’t seen use in over a decade according to the dust accumulations. I decided to send it in to Dillon for their tune up service. A few weeks later , right on schedule the box returned. A note on the outside read “ All tuned up for you “ , and was signed by the rep I spoke to on the phone a couple of times. Inside the box was a brand spanking new Dillon Square Deal B. Their customer service and warranty support is outstanding .

I requested some warranty parts for my Dillon on Feb 1 and they said they would be shipped out that day. Any idea how long things take to get here from Arizona? Has anyone received anything recently with any kind of timeline? I know - Covid so I'm just wondereing as no tracking number was given to me.

I have had customs hold Dillon orders for 3 weeks but the no shipping info from Dillon is strange, every order i have ever put in had "shipping info" back to me within hours of the order being placed...I would make a phone call.

My last shipment for warranty parts took 3 days to get from Phoenix to Vancouver then sat in customs for 2 weeks after that.
