Dillon XL650 - .45ACP feed problems and lube question

ahhhhh

I finally got a chance to clean out my casefeeder, get some nice shiny clean brass, and try out the case-lube.

It is great.

I tried the following:
Take a nice clean plastic pail.
Lightly spray the inside.
Throw in a few (several) handfuls of nice clean brass
Spin them around in the pail for a while (very loud)

This seems to put a light lube on the "outside" of all of the brass.
I don't have to lie the cases down and only spray the outsides, that happens "automatically" by spraying the pail first.

I can just barely feel the lube on the cases.

I loaded a bunch, and it is SO easy to size the cases now!

I'm still having casefeeder feed problems, but, for now, I'm a convert to case lube on a progressive press!

I'll take a very clean cloth and see if I can detect any measurable case lube on the completed rounds.

By the way, I'm using the Dillon Spray Lube. I expect that this one bottle will last a large part of a lifetime.
